-
To
dream with a multicultural and multiethnic modern
cellular church of
chattering Hispanics with places
of rest (cells) where the lost, hurt due to sin (people of good,
alcoholics, drug addicts, prostitutes, homosexuals, people of the
street, married, separate, divorced, and alone) have places where they
will be talked to about the love, forgiveness, healthiness for their
souls and the liberty that Jesus Christ offers. (Acts 5:42)

Prepare
places (cells) where
averted Christians can be healed, restored and put in a place where
Christ reclaims them for the extension of his Kingdom. To prepare
places (cells) where broken apart families can be restored and sowed
in the dignified examples to imitate. To form and develop ministries
where the church can serve from the cradle up to the funeral.

Form
healthy children and
preparing generations of men and women in order for them to take the
challenge of the church, the community, the city the country and the
world, as agents of change and transformation for this wounded world.

Prepare
healthy young men
and women in order for
them to be an influence in the environment of school/work, where they
are at they will be luminous of what God wants to do with church and
society.

Forming
and developing warrior-intercessors
of prayer with the weight in their hearts for the sin of the
people, for the church, the city, and the world.

Prepare
and develop Older Brothers
(disciples) who will work one-on-one evangelizing and forming
disciples of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20)

To
have a central place(in the middle of the city) where the church can
weekly reunite as a healing community,
celebrating worship to God with the liberty of the Holy Spirit
offering the sanity and the forgiveness that Christ gives.

To
prepare a place of academic ministerial formation (Center
of Ministerial Formation) to polish an outline of Christian
character in knowledge, wisdom and subjection, to perfect the saints
for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12-16;2 Timothy 2:1-2) where
every believer can get prepared to perfect the talents, gifts and
ministries that God has given them for the extension of his Kingdom.

Develop
believers with a generous
spirit in the issues of money, teaching them to decimate and offer
for the extension of God’s Kingdom, so that the church has the
necessary means for the mission of the restoration of people.

Make
missions supporting
logistically in leadership, conferences, missionary duties, didactic
materials, means for the local and international ministries.
-
To
be able to aspirate and have as an objective a 40% of the annual growth taking as a base the actual reality,
strengthening the job of the cellular reach.
